• Invoice data (limited to item edits, customer names, and totals).

The data is used exclusively for:

• Managing and editing invoices efficiently.
• Tracking edits and updates for audit and operational purposes.

3. Data Security

All collected data is encrypted using Google Cloud Key Management Service (KMS). Access is restricted to authorized employees and management.

4. Data Retention

Invoice-related data will be retained in Google Sheets temporarily and deleted according to our internal data retention policy.

5. User Rights

Employees can request access to their logged activities or request correction of any inaccuracies by contacting the system administrator.
